Carried out jobs within the Food Industry. From fitting new Conveyor belts to supplying new motor gearboxes and drives. Plant Maintenance/reactive repairs to assets.
Alteration to Plant Works
Carried out alterations to plant building, by removing conveyor and hopper. Removing waste material on floor. Started by measuring out each wall centres and installed concrete block walls.
Conveyor Alterations
Removal of Conveyor and repositioned for new required process. This entailed the removal and alterations to the size of the conveyor. Re-installation into its new position.
Conveyor Refurbishment
The project involved full major deep clean, belt removed, full replacement of support and return rollers new conveyor belt & skirting, new primary and secondary scrapers and painted side guards bringing the asset back to its original state.
Shredder Counter Knife & Basket Replacement
We replaced the counter knife beam and cutters due to major damage from collisions over its life. We also changed all the counter knife and door baskets on the Vecoplan shredder.
